Rental days are charged per calendar day - 24 hours basis. When calculating the number of days a motorcycle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the
rental. The day of the motorcycle return is counted as the final day of the rental. Motorcycles are required to be collected and returned within
business hours (9am-6pm-6 days a week).

License
A current and full motor vehicle license is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection. Should a foreign license be in a language other then English it must be accompanied
by a current international driving/riding permit issued in the same country as the driver/rider license was issued. An accredited English translation will be accpeted in lieu of an
international driving/riding permit.

For Hirer without valid license, the responsibility and consequences will be fully bare by the hirer and GG will release for any liability involve.

Repairs
Repairs up to MYR 5.00 may be affected without authorisation and will be reimbursed upon presentation of a receipt. For amounts over MYR 5.00, GG will need to be informed in advance. Repairs will be approved provided the customer was not directly responsible for the damage. Receipts must be sumitted for any repair or the claim will not be entertained. GG will not cover the cost of tyre puncture, if it does happen GG will fully support all information about the panel workshop which are able to help.
In case of accidents due to riders own negligence and towage service are being required, all expenses will be bourne by The Rider.

Booking Terms

To confirm a booking, payment is required in full.
No refund for any cancellation made.

We recommend that you check your personal insurance to see that if you are covered overseas due to riding motorcycles accident.
Any uncertainties that incures charges for the RIDER and PASSENGER to be treated or hospitalized will not be responsible by GG Rent A Motorbike.

GG insurance only covers for the motorbike if it is being hit by other vehicle providing with full info of the vehicle that causes the accident. GG does not cover the rider under this cicumstances.

Riding Restrictions
Important
GG Rent A Motorbike reserves the right to refuse any rental at its discretion.
Any personnel who had not signed the “GG Rental Agreement” an d the “GG Terms & Conditions” are not permitted to ride a GG motorcycle.
GG motorcycles are not allowed on dirt roads or beaches. Nor are they allowed through mud and any rough road situations.
Riding in extreme weather conditions is not recommended and if there were to be any damaged caused to the motorcycle will be fully held responsible by the RIDER.
Drinking and Driving/Riding a vehicle/motorcycle is prohibited in the Law of this country and servere punishment will be taken action by authorities towards The RIDER.

Motorcycle Pick-Up
Motorcycle can be collected for usage from business hours 9am – 6pm daily (6 days a week/Sunday and Public Holidays off ).
The personnel who have rented the motorcycle has to agree to the above and signing the Rental and Terms & Conditions agreement before proceeding with renting the motorbike.
Full payment and deposit has to be paid by cash/credit card before the personnel can rent the motorcycle.
A deposit of RM 500 is required due to safety purposes and will be fully returned to the personnel upon receiving the motorcycle back after rental and inspection of the
motorcycle conditions.
CreditCard debited bonds are subjected to a 2% administration fee in addition to the bond amount when the credit card use is either a VISA or MasterCard.

Calculation Errors
GG will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur GG will charge for the shortfall.

Motorcycle Drop-Off
Motorcycle returned later then the mentioned working hours (9am-6pm) will be addtionally charged for another one day full rental.
If the motorcycle and equipment are damaged, lost or stolen upon return inspection, then GG will have the rights to charge the RIDER.

EARLY RETURN of vehicle for any valid / non valid reason DOES NOT entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused time of the rental. GG allows a grace period of 59 minutes before the hirer
is liable for late return charges of MYR 15.00 late return fees will be charged.  

Vehicle that needs to be return on Sunday / Public Holiday will be impose an additional charges of MYR 30.00

Change of Drop-off Destination
If the customer wishes to change the drop-off destination, they must first obtain authorisation GG.
Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to RM 30.00 may apply applicable in town and outskirts will be charged more.

Infringements
GG reserves the right to charge the hirer for any speeding or parking fines, associated administration costs and/or accidents including Third Party property damage
not reported on return of the vehicle. The administration fee per fine, in addition to the fine, will be RM 50.00.

Fuel Policy
The motorcycle will be given out with a full tank of fuel and MUST be returned with full fuel or a penalty of MYR 10.00 will be charged.
